Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging or a similar sturdy box and attach the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
